Great company. From initial quote by Joel to installation, all was handled very professionally. There was a slight bump in the road as the gate was cut to the wrong size but this was resolved promptly and communication was excellent from Owen.

We recently had aluminium slat gates installed at the side of our house by Fencemakers. Carl was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with when he came out to measure and quote, arrived at the stated time, and answered all my questions. Price was competitive, and timeframe to install was reasonable. When install came around Jamie attended and completed the install in around 3.5 hours. Very happy with the quality of the installation and product, only minor thing was that he didn't drill one of the drop bolt holes we discussed, but I did it myself the next day, only a minor issue.

After doing some research I decided to go with Fencemakers for a new Aluminum picket fence at the front of the property, around our carport, and blade fencing around the spa area (6 gates in total with locks), including bespoke sections of the fence that had to step up over raised garden beds. It was a technical job which took lots of planning. The whole experience from start to end was professional, friendly, flexible, high quality and good value for money. To me what made the difference was Joel, my sales person who was there through almost 9 months of planning to make sure everything was perfect, including coming to site several times to make sure measurements were precise. Nothing was too difficult for Joel and he was positive and caring the whole way through. And Roy, our installer, was one of the nicest, friendly, professional and high attention to detail people I have had through 2 years of renovations. He was tidy, often checked in with us on personal prefences, and made sure everything looked perfect even though our block was not that easy to install on. Highly recommend this company, and sincerely pass on my thanks to Joel and Roy. I've already asked for a quote for another piece of fencing I am so happy with their work and service, and our fences are now stunning. Many thanks 🙏

Hi we had a glitch with our second experience with FM (after a superb first experience) and when we approached the manager he understood our position and was tentative to our concerns. Unexpectedly, we needed some more fencing and the Manager remembered us and was very helpful in the process of putting the job together. Roy who installed our new screen was 'spot on' in that he was professional, asked questions, and sought our views throughout the job, he also cleaned up afterwards and was a pleasure to interact with - well done FM.

Absolutely fantastic service from Fencemakers from my first phone call to gate installation. The representative who came to measure up and discuss gate options / styles available was a real gentleman - knowledgeable, patient and helpful. This visit was a bonus as the majority of providers don't have free consult home visits. The gate I wanted had two swing doors and was lockable from either side. On arrival they were perfect and of the highest quality - powder coated and excellent paintwork. Given the high demand there was a wait list for delivery / installation set at 5 weeks, but they were installed after 3, by a friendly and careful contractor. In this climate of high cost of living, the price was better than I had anticipated and worried over. These metal gates were high and replaced an old wooden set which was low, not offering the security we wanted. My wife is delighted with them - happy wife - happy life! I have other projects planned and wont be looking elsewhere. Simply put - we are really happy with service and the gates.

The finished colour and powder coating is just what we wanted.Also, especially happy with the work of installer Ivan Miranda who worked quickly and efficiently.My only complaint, which I have already addressed at your office, is that the original Quote by Greg was incorrect - wrong measurements and also cost/price. While this was satisfactorily addressed and corrected by the Office Manager, along with Greg, we are disappointed at the initial error and attitude of Greg when first approached..."Mistakes do happen.."In my view, in a professional environment, NO, "mistakes" should NOT be allowed to "happen".
