We recently had aluminium slat gates installed at the side of our house by Fencemakers. Carl was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with when he came out to measure and quote, arrived at the stated time, and answered all my questions. Price was competitive, and timeframe to install was reasonable. When install came around Jamie attended and completed the install in around 3.5 hours. Very happy with the quality of the installation and product, only minor thing was that he didn't drill one of the drop bolt holes we discussed, but I did it myself the next day, only a minor issue.

After doing some research I decided to go with Fencemakers for a new Aluminum picket fence at the front of the property, around our carport, and blade fencing around the spa area (6 gates in total with locks), including bespoke sections of the fence that had to step up over raised garden beds. It was a technical job which took lots of planning. The whole experience from start to end was professional, friendly, flexible, high quality and good value for money. To me what made the difference was Joel, my sales person who was there through almost 9 months of planning to make sure everything was perfect, including coming to site several times to make sure measurements were precise. Nothing was too difficult for Joel and he was positive and caring the whole way through. And Roy, our installer, was one of the nicest, friendly, professional and high attention to detail people I have had through 2 years of renovations. He was tidy, often checked in with us on personal prefences, and made sure everything looked perfect even though our block was not that easy to install on. Highly recommend this company, and sincerely pass on my thanks to Joel and Roy. I've already asked for a quote for another piece of fencing I am so happy with their work and service, and our fences are now stunning. Many thanks 🙏
